1 Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of initial purchase, experience technical issues that prevent platform access for more than 48 hours, or encounter billing errors on your account.

Pro-rated refunds apply to annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days. We calculate unused months and refund the proportional amount minus any promotional discounts applied at signup. Custom enterprise solutions follow separate refund terms outlined in your service agreement.
